Sonartori aims to improve learning opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged families through scholarship support, academic guidance, learning materials and community-based educational initiatives.
Community challenge
Many students in coastal Patuakhali leave education early because of household cost pressure, distance from school and limited academic support at home. Families rarely have access to guidance about further study or skills pathways.
Our proposed approach
We intend to work with schools, teachers and guardians to identify students at risk of dropping out, and to combine practical support with community awareness so that families can keep children in education.
