Sonartori aims to encourage environmentally responsible communities through tree planting, cleanliness campaigns, climate awareness and locally appropriate environmental initiatives.
Community challenge
Coastal settlements face salinity intrusion, erosion, waste accumulation and rising climate risk, while community-level environmental practice receives little sustained support.
Our proposed approach
We intend to organize locally appropriate environmental activity with schools, youth groups and union institutions, so that environmental care is maintained by the community itself.
