Housing and Shelter Support
Subject to verified needs, available funding and approved projects, Sonartori seeks to support extremely vulnerable families with safer shelter, housing rehabilitation, essential repairs and referrals to appropriate housing-assistance programs.
Community challenge
Extremely vulnerable families in coastal unions live in shelter that cannot withstand cyclone-season conditions, and many are unaware of the government or partner assistance available to them.
Our proposed approach
This is a conditional focus area. Any activity depends on verified needs assessment, confirmed funding and formally approved projects. Where we cannot deliver directly, we intend to refer families to appropriate housing-assistance programs.

- Families eligible for government housing assistance
Sonartori does not claim to provide complete houses. Housing activity proceeds only where verified project records, funding and beneficiary documentation exist.
